Dear Armenian American Community,

Artsakh remains on the front-line in the struggle for the survival of the Armenian nation. Our brothers and sisters in Artsakh continue to suffer for their commitment to preserve national, religious and cultural identity. The 2020 aggression claimed thousands of Armenian lives, tens of thousands were forced to leave their homes or lost their livelihood. The line of contact has almost doubled, while the adversary forces are deployed often as close as 100 feet from the Armenian communities. The people of Artsakh disregard the challenges, demonstrate courage and resilience with a strong resolution to remain part of the Armenian homeland.

We feel there is a need to support Artsakh in its efforts to overcome the consequences of the devastating war in 2020, as well as to restore economic opportunities and hope for a safer and a more prosperous future. These are the main goals of the newly established the Artsakh Invest Initiative.

The Initiative aims at supporting implementation of cost-effective and impactful programs across the republic. The main focus is to generate opportunities for the people living in rural areas. Our team aims at partnering with professionals, entrepreneurs and academicians who are ready to engage in the cause by sharing their expertise and experience. The Initiative will provide partners with the opportunities to mentor and promote projects and businesses related to the social infrastructure and agriculture. We will use contemporary technologies to also promote equal access to a quality education in Artsakh in arts, sports, languages, IT and other useful skills. We plan working with the relevant agencies in Artsakh to coordinate efforts towards solution of the most pressing issues.

The Artsakh Invest Initiative invites to unite our efforts and prove yet again that as a nation of survivors we stand by our compatriots in Artsakh.
